I’ve been nothing but respectful even when my hair wasn’t the exact style I wanted because they chose to do something else because they couldn’t do that style and didn’t tell me, or when the employees are rude (one was a sis-in-law)or when I’ve waited hours to get my hair done. Ever! And I always tip!I went to the atm and came back and gave the lady a tip.
It’s not even about the money because I got it, but I was told one thing then something else and I felt humiliated! I would never cheat anyone.

I wish I had my old phone to prove but I’m confused because for months I’ve been paying $5-$10less(unless I gave the full $80 thinking it’s a $20 tip)And nobody ever said anything until Saturday. She then said it’s $80 and I looked surprised and she pulled me aside and talked to me and explained it was a misunderstanding. She then went to the owner and I followed and told her. She then said its $80 and I said I’ve been paying $60. She looked at me crazy in front of all these people. Well Saturday after I got 6 braids I gave the lady $80 and asked for $10 back.
So for months I’ve been paying between $70-$80(thinking’s I’m giving a 10-$20 tip). I had the text of that on my old phone and I’m pretty sure they will see it on their phone if they looked at their text. After having shoulder surgery last year I started getting only 5-6 braids. When I first started getting them I was told $80 for 8-9 braids. I gave it a break for some time and decided to get feed in braids so my hair would grow. I used to get micro braids, sengales twist and everything but i noticed my hair was breaking out. I’ve been coming to this shop for a little over 8 years since I moved to Ky, but Saturday was too much. Only reason I recommend is because the owner is sweet and there are some good workers.
